Happy Tuesday blog land friends!! I'm here to let you know it's challenge time again at Sassy Cheryl's. Cute and Sassy Judy is our hostess with the mostest again this week and she wants us to make some Birthday cards!! I know you all have the need for Birthday cards so get crafty.
I made and re-made this card several times. I think my daughter was ready to strangle me. I just didn't think it was quite the way I pictured it in the beginning. By the 3rd or 4th time I think I lost my original vision so....this is what I ended up with. (Lol) I usually don't do that but I am sending this one to my Sweet niece Hannah for her Birthday and wanted it to be special.
I sure hope all of you on the East Coast fared well during hurricane Irene. I live near Myrtle Beach and was very lucky, just winds and rain. I know I have talked to several of you who were coloring by candle light and were without power for a while. I was sending you warm fuzzies all weekend.

It's Friday... FINALLY! And that means it's time for another fun challenge at Totally Papercrafts. Crafty Carol chose the theme this week and we are celebrating Christmas in August!!
I have been dying to color this cutie so I had to think of a way to put her on a Christmas card. I was picturing her in a train station sitting on her luggage waiting to board the train to her home town. I have always thought I was born in the wrong era. I love the 1920's -1940's. This image definitely reminds me of that era.
This week the Totally Papercrafts Challenge is sponsored by Karen's Doodles. Karen has graciously donated 3 digital images to the winner of the challenge.
I enjoyed checking out all the entries this past week and looking forward to seeing your beautiful creations for this weeks challenge.
Happy Crafting Y'all!
