Sassy Cheryl's Show Me Thursday

Cheryl was showing some of her ornaments this week in her post so I thought I would share some of mine too.

My Mom made me this ornament when I was very little. Ever since, it has been on every one of my Christmas trees. It is definitely on the top of the list.

This little package ISN'T an ornament...it's one of my PRESENTS!!!!

I got this for my Hubby this year because he just got a 1977 Airstream Tradewind camper this year and has quickly become his new hobby restoring it.

This little angel was always on our trees growing up. I think my Mom got the set from Avon. There is also a soldier and a Santa. I like them because you put a small bulb from the strand of tree lights inside so it glows from the inside.

This ornament was sent to me from my Sister when she was living in Germany. I love her, you pull the string on the bottom and her arms and legs move!!

Hop on over HERE and show Cheryl what you have going on this week! You could win a FREE digi...

Twiggy Snowman

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #95 - Snowman with a die cut
First of all, I want to apologize for this "WONKY" post. I can't get blogger to cooperate with me today. I can't center, change font size, spell check or link to anything!!! All I can do is type and hope it gets in here somewhere.
That being said...time to move on to this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge hosted by Judy once again!! She has a thing for Cheryl's Snowmen and she is asking us to create something with a snowman and at least one die cut. I originally had two die cuts picked out for my card and in the process of "my process" I wound up taking one off. I just never know how it will turn out. I started with a whole other card in mind and really have no clue how I got here. Lol
I chose Cheryl's "Twiggy the Snowman" this week. I just loooove him! Isn't he a cutie patootie? I jazzed him up a bit with some "Red Devil" Stickles. I colored him with my Prisma pencils....GASP!!! I know, I know, I am neglecting my Copics. I just didn't have the color green i wanted so I went to the tin cup. (if you have seen one of my "Show Me Thursday" posts you would understand, that's what I keep my Prismas in)
I sure hope you can come join us in this week's challenge. I know that it's Christmas but Cheryl has decided to extend the challenge for TWO WEEKS!!! Now you will have twice as long to play along. YIPEE! I hope you all have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! God Bless

Deck The Halls

This week at Sassy Cheryl's Judy is our hostess with the mostest again. She is asking us to use "White on White" for our challenge creations. What? Of course you can color your image!! Lol
This type of card is always tough for me. I see all you fellow crafters doing such a beautiful job with them and you inspire me. So, get out all your white papers and supplies and inspire me some more!! I know all the other Sassy girls have some beauties and you can check them all out HERE. (I peeked...HeeHee) Hope to see you in the challenge this week.

I want to send out a quick apology to my bloggy friends. I have been tied up a lot with work and family lately and haven't been able to hop around to see you all like I would like to. It's a shame that we all can't have the time to do ALL the things we love. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon, I hate to think about all the stuff I'm missing. **pouting**

"Santa...I know him!!!"

Our crafting cutie, Judy is the hostess this week at Sassy Cheryl's and she has been a good girl all year and is ready for Santa to come to town. Cheryl has the cutest Santa's around. I chose Santa and His Little Tree for my card this week. Isn't he adorable?!? Look at those knobby knees!!
I would like to take a minute to say that we are so thrilled with the challenge participation the past few weeks. It has been a blast getting to peek at some blogs we haven't had the chance to visit before. I can't wait to see what you all come up with this week.
Whether you have been naughty or nice, we want to see those Santa creations!!!

Not a creature was stirring...

It's the first Monday of the month, so you know what that means...
Time for another FABULOUS Blog hop at Just Inklined!!

I get to be the hostess this month and I have chosen the theme Blue Christmas!

I picked this cute little Door Mouse to use for my card. I can picture this sleepy little fellow trying very hard to wait up on Santa. That brought to mind this sentence from the book
"Twas the Night Before Christmas"...

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

Notice how the mouse is NOT stirring... (lol)

The order for the hop this week is:

From here you should be scurrying on over to our super talented boss Jak's blog.
I hope you enjoy the hop, I'm sure the other girls have some beautiful creations for you.
Don't forget to stop and make a comment on each stop, you never know who holds the prize.
We like to keep you on your toes.
