I made this card for my Best friend Cindy's Birthday. She just turned 35 on Friday! HaPpY BiRtHdAy Cindy!!!! I can so totally see her doing this in the mirror. She is spunky and if I ever need an honest opinion I know I can count on her. She will definately speak her mind. Lol

Well hello everyone-its Cindy Lou, the receiver of this beautiful card from my most wonderful friend! Her ideas always are magnificent and she amazes me @ every new card she turns out.
